For questions or complaints about any aspect of your utility service, contact the company first. The PSC expects regulated utilities to satisfactorily resolve their customers' complaints.  If you're not satisfied with the company's response, you may simply complete the PSC online complaint form found HERE but feel free to contact me by e-mail as well regarding your concern. 

If you have other feedback you would like to register on issues regarding Energy, Telecommunication, Water/Sewer, Transportation or Pipeline Safety which pertain specifically to a upcoming or pending PSC proceeding you can file your comment electronically by filling out the "Public Comment Form" found HERE.
